Job summary
Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Day Services Manager to lead services supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in Sligo. The role is full-time and permanent with a salary of €56,000–€66,000 DOE.
You will oversee day services, drive person-centred programmes, coach teams, and ensure HIQA/HSE standards compliance. A Level 8 qualification and leadership experience are required, with a focus on Positive Behaviour Support.
Qualifications
- Level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience.
- Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
- Knowledge of HSE New Directions and safeguarding practices.
- Positive Behaviour Support training.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support teams across multiple day service locations.
- Oversee person-centred programmes with measurable outcomes.
- Coach and develop Team Leads and staff teams.
- Promote Positive Behaviour Support and best practice approaches.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA and HSE standards.
- Manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
