Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Day Services Manager (Social Care) to oversee services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across Sligo, Leitrim & Roscommon. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

You will lead day service teams, implement person-centred programmes with measurable outcomes, and ensure compliance with HIQA and HSE standards. A Level 8 qualification and 3+ years of leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
• Knowledge of HSE New Directions and safeguarding practices.
• Positive Behaviour Support training.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Day Services Manager to lead services supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with experience in Day Services, Social Care, Special Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Behaviour Support to drive high-quality, person-centred programmes in line with HSE New Directions.
