AMCS Group in Limerick is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a 6-month contract focused on HR and Payroll transformation projects. This role involves managing the selection and implementation of new HR systems and working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a proven history in managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and experience with HRIS and Payroll systems. The position will require being at the Limerick HQ a minimum of 3 days per week.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing HR, Payroll or HRIS transformation projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong track record working with external technology vendors and internal delivery teams.
• Practical understanding of HR and Payroll processes, data migration, integrations, testing and change management.
• Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive clarity and momentum across teams.
• Experience with HRIS and/or Payroll system selection and implementation is essential.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for HRIS and Payroll system selection, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor engagement for project execution.
• Define requirements with internal teams to support change adoption.
• Develop and maintain project plans and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery into operational support.
