Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise HR transformation programmes in Ireland. You will set architectural direction across HR, Payroll, Learning and Employee Experience, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with HR, business and technology stakeholders to design scalable solutions, govern data, IAM and integrations, and influence modernization across multi-year programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale HR transformation architectures.
• Strong leadership across HR, payroll and learning platforms.
• Familiarity with major HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design across HR, Learning and Colleague Experience transformation programmes.
• Produce high-level designs and present recommendations to Design Authority for review and approval.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Data and Cyber Security teams to align with wider technology standards.
• Govern architecture across data, integrations, IAM for HR platforms.
• Support technology modernisation and platform rationalisation.
• Translate requirements from HR and business into scalable solutions.
