Accenture is seeking an experienced Change and HR Transformation Senior Manager in Dublin to shape and deliver enterprise-wide HR transformation programs. You will combine HR strategy, operating models, organisation design, workforce transformation, technology, data and AI to reinvent how organisations work and deliver better employee experiences and stronger business outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years’ relevant HR transformation experience.
Experience with consulting, professional services and/or senior HR transformation in industry.

Responsibilities

Advise senior executives on HR and workforce transformation, developing vision and roadmaps.
Lead HR strategy, operating model, organisation design and workforce strategy engagements.
Shape AI-enabled HR transformation and advise on technology and data integration.
Lead complex transformation programmes from strategy through execution across HR functions.
Develop evidence-based recommendations and business cases with benchmarks and insights.
Facilitate executive workshops and design sessions with leadership teams.
Build trusted client relationships and coordinate Capabilities across Accenture.
Identify opportunities, develop propositions, and lead proposals and client pitches.
Lead and develop high-performing teams and grow HR Reinvention practice in Ireland.
