Job summary

Accenture Talent in Dublin seeks an experienced Change and HR Transformation Senior Manager to shape and deliver enterprise-wide HR programmes. You will blend HR strategy, operating models, organisation design, and workforce transformation with data, technology and AI to reinvent how people work.

You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, drive value, and strengthen Accenture's HR Reinvention capability in Ireland through strategic engagements and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years' experience in HR transformation, HR strategy, operating model, organisation design, workforce transformation, HR technology or related field.
• Significant experience in consulting, professional services and/or senior HR transformation roles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives in complex environments.
• Experience leading major HR transformation initiatives across large programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and involvement in business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

As an HR Transformation Senior Manager, you will work with senior leaders across some of Ireland's leading organisations to shape and deliver this transformation. You will bring together HR strategy, operating model, organisation design, workforce transformation, technology, data and AI to help clients reinvent how their organisations and people work, creating better experiences and driving stronger business outcomes.

You will also play a key leadership role in growing Accenture's HR Reinvention capability in Ireland – developing our market presence, shaping new opportunities and building the next generation of HR transformation talent.

We are continuing to grow our Talent practice in Ireland and are looking for a senior HR Transformation Leader who can help us build and scale our HR Reinvention capability.

In this role you will:

• Advise senior executives and HR leaders on their most important people and HR challenges, helping them define a compelling vision and roadmap for enterprise-wide people and workforce transformation.
• Lead HR strategy and transformation engagements, spanning HR strategy, HR operating model, organisation design, workforce strategy, service delivery, employee experience and HR function optimisation.
• Shape technology and AI-enabled HR transformation, helping clients understand how emerging technologies, automation, data and generative AI can transform HR services, roles and ways of working.
• Lead complex transformation programmes from strategy through execution, ensuring strategic ambitions translate into practical changes to organisation, process, technology, skills and ways of working.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and business cases, using data, benchmarks, external insight and leading practices to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
• Facilitate executive workshops and design sessions, challenging established thinking and helping leadership teams shape the future of their organisation, workforce and ways of working.
• Build trusted senior client relationships, acting as a strategic adviser and bringing together the right capabilities from across Accenture to address complex client challenges.
• Shape and grow new business, identifying opportunities, developing propositions and leading proposals, solution design, scoping, commercials and client pitches.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing direction, coaching and support while creating opportunities for our people to grow.
• Help grow our HR Reinvention practice in Ireland, strengthening our capabilities, propositions, market presence and external profile.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced HR transformation leader who combines deep functional HR expertise with strong consulting, commercial and leadership capability.

You will ideally bring:

• Deep HR transformation expertise, with strong knowledge across areas such as HR strategy, HR operating models, organisation design, workforce strategy, HR service delivery, employee experience and HR technology.
• Significant experience leading complex HR transformation programmes, ideally spanning strategy through implementation and involving meaningful changes to organisation, process, technology and ways of working.
• A strong understanding of the future of HR, including the opportunities created by AI, automation, data and emerging technologies and their implications for HR functions and the workforce.
• Senior stakeholder advisory experience, with the credibility and confidence to engage CHROs, HR Leadership Teams and other C-suite executives on complex strategic issues.
• Strong consulting and commercial acumen, including experience identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, developing proposals and selling and delivering significant programmes of work.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges, data and insights into clear strategic choices and practical recommendations.
• Strong programme leadership capability, with experience mobilising and leading multidisciplinary teams across complex transformation environments.
• A passion for developing people, with a strong track record of coaching teams, building capability and creating an inclusive environment in which people can perform at their best.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 10+ years' relevant experience in HR transformation, HR strategy, HR operating model, organisation design, workforce transformation, HR technology or a related field.
• Significant experience (X years) within consulting, professional services and/or a senior HR transformation role within industry.
• Demonstrable experience of working with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience leading major transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to or leading business development activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities, client relationships, business development and programme delivery.
• Relevant HR, change, transformation or programme management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
