Job summary

Allianz Ireland is seeking an HR Reporting & Reward Analyst to support HR systems, reporting and compensation. Working with the HR Reward Manager, you will focus on HR system maintenance, governance, and data quality across SAP SuccessFactors, Strandum, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, Reward, Reporting or HR Administration.
• Experience with HR Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central, Document Composer, Ariba, SharePoint.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Gender Pay, Equal Pay, CSRD and workforce reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills to produce HR data and insights.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools and digital tech to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Experience maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems onboarding and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide HR reporting and insights including workforce data and KPIs.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and remuneration reporting requirements.
• Maintain HR portals, SharePoint sites and employee communications.
• Coordinate employee benefits and respond to queries via HR mailbox.
• Ensure accuracy of HR data and records across systems.
• Support reward activities with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
• Support onboarding and change processes, including benefits management.
• Contribute to HR projects and digital transformation initiatives.
