Job summary

Amundi Ireland seeks an HR Operations Team Leader to guide a small HR Operations team, delivering high-quality administrative support to employees, HR Partners, and line managers. The role covers HRIS data integrity, MIS reporting, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment administration.

The successful candidate will lead process improvements, drive automation and AI initiatives, and coordinate annual training. Experience in HR operations and BambooHR proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing a team and overseeing workload.
• Broad experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Payroll administration experience is beneficial.
• Experience in a regulated environment is desirable.
• Strong proficiency in BambooHR and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the HR Operations team to deliver high-quality administrative service.
• Update and maintain local and global HRIS systems with accurate data.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and develop HR tools to improve efficiency.
• Oversee HR documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment administration.
• Assist in payroll processing activities and due diligence for regulated roles.
• Contribute to HR projects including automation and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate the annual training programme and manage course logistics.
