The role is responsible for leading the delivery of HR and recruitment services for a key enterprise client. This position combines HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, client relationship management, and team leadership to ensure an exceptional service experience and compliance with all HR requirements.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR and recruitment matters, lead and develop the HR and recruitment functions, drive operational excellence, and ensure client satisfaction through the achievement of agreed service levels and business objectives. Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absenteeism cases.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations.
Conduct HR inductions and on-boarding activities when required.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Recruitment team.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
Manage holidays, attendance, absenteeism, and employee performance.
Handle escalated disciplinary and grievance matters.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for open vacancies.
Assess candidate suitability through interviews and assessment tools.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial engagement through on-boarding.
Support workforce planning and recruitment delivery to meet client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Act as the primary contact for operational HR and recruitment queries.
Manage client expectations and ensure service excellence.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage payroll processes and resolve payroll-related queries.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with payroll procedures.
Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Identify opportunities to reduce attrition, absenteeism, and lateness.

Minimum 3 years' HR experience in a fast-paced environment within the Irish Market
Proven experience managing Employee Relations cases.
Experience in Recruitment and Performance Management.
Experience with payroll administration.

HR qualification
Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
Experience managing client accounts or stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of KPI and SLA management.
