Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Payroll on a 6 month contract in Cork. The role leads the monthly payroll across multiple EMEA locations, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and SOX compliance. You will partner with P&C Operations and Total Rewards to support system upgrades and payroll processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of payroll experience in EMEA, strong Excel skills, and a precise, collaborative approach to meet tight deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in processing payroll for the EMEA region.
• High-volume monthly payroll processing across multiple EMEA locations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and procedures across EMEA.
• Excellent numeracy and high attention to detail.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring service levels are met.
• Document and maintain the Payroll Procedures Manual.
• Coordinate with P&C Operations, Total Rewards, Stock Administration, Tax and P&C Partners for accurate data transfers.
• Prepare monthly general ledger files and reconciliations.
• Submit banking transactions for net pay and tax payments.
• Compile payroll data for statutory audits and quarterly SOX submissions.
• Participate in projects including worldwide system implementations and upgrades.
