Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and administrative assistance.
• Assist recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
• Develop HR procedures and policies with the HR Manager.
• Maintain personnel files and HRIS data accuracy.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Prepare personnel reports and metrics on hires and turnover.
• Support HR projects and staff events as needed.
