Job summary

KITA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver end-to-end HR services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee administration to drive business growth. Based in Senoko, the role involves coordinating with department heads, managing government work-pass processes, and organising training and development activities while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or F&B.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee administration.
• Familiarity with MOM work-pass applications and Singapore employment regulations.
• Proficient in Excel; strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective HR services to support business growth and operations.
• Plan, organise and implement HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Work with heads on manpower planning, budgeting and deployment.
• Prepare job specs, shortlist applicants, and follow up on offers.
• Prepare orientation materials and conduct new employee orientation.
• Coordinate training programmes and employee development activities.
• Handle onboarding including job applications, offers and work-pass applications.
• Coordinate internship applications with local institutions.
• Apply for government grants and subsidies where applicable.
• Shortlist suitable training courses for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
