Job summary

ManpowerGroup Ireland is seeking an HR Generalist for the North Cork site. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, advising on employee relations, maintaining GDPR-compliant HR records and collaborating with payroll.

You will help produce workforce metrics and drive HR projects, with on-site responsibilities in a permanent full-time capacity. The successful candidate will have a degree in HR or related field, at least two years in HR roles, and solid knowledge of

• At least 2 years in a HR Generalist/Officer/Coordinator role.
• Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Strong administration and organisational skills; payroll experience helpful.

• Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, absence management and performance processes.
• Maintain HR records and employee documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
• Support payroll administration and liaise with finance and payroll teams.
• Produce HR reports relating to absence, turnover and workforce metrics.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Support work permit administration and compliance processes where required.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Officer or HR Coordinator role.
• Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll processes would be advantageous.
