Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in West Donegal is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join a busy HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract providing maternity leave cover, reporting to the HR Manager (Ireland) and delivering a professional HR service.

Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers on employee relations, leading workforce planning, managing end-to-end recruitment, and advising on employment law and HR policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience required or preferred.
• Ideally CIPD qualified or a 3rd level degree in Business or HR Administration.
• Strong administrative, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Supporting a sizable workforce, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager (Ireland) and play a key role in delivering a professional and effective HR service across the business.

• Support managers with employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and employee welfare issues.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives, identifying skills gaps and succession planning opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role design through to offer stage.
• Provide guidance on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Support onboarding, probation reviews, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage leaver administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' HR experience preferred.
• Ideally CIPD qualified or hold a 3rd level degree in Business or HR Administration.
• Strong administrative, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices and employment legislation.
