• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
• Experience working with HR systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Strong IT skills (MS Office and HR systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
