Job summary

PHX Ireland is seeking an HR administrator to provide accurate administration and payroll support across PHX Ireland operations. You will handle general HR queries, maintain records, and support contract renewals.

The role emphasizes timely data updates, system maintenance, and reporting, with a focus on compliance and employee wellbeing within PHX Ireland's inclusive culture. We offer accessible interview support if needed.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of employment law.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient administration support to all customers.
  • Provide payroll support, by analysing reports and ensuring correct leaves are applied.
  • Deal with general HR queries as required on a day to day basis.
  • Manage and maintain accurate colleague records.
  • Proactive and accurate management and maintenance of HR and Time Management systems in line with policies.
  • Support the management of the contract renewals process.
  • Support the management of planned absence (maternity & parental leave) processes.
  • Update HR database and provide regular system and statistic reports.
  • Process invoices related to HR costs.
  • Support terminations including feedback, benefits close-out and data deletion.
  • Coordinate liaison with payroll regarding changes.
  • Assist with other projects/duties as they arise.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide accurate and efficient administration support to all customers

  • Updating of the HR database and provision of regular system and statistic reports as required
  • Processing invoices as relevant for any costs incurred by the HR dept.
  • Support the Management of terminations including collating feedback as appropriate, benefits close out and record management and deletion as required.
  • Liaising with payroll regarding all colleague changes
  • Any other projects/duties as they arise

  • Basic knowledge of employment law
  • Computer literate with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent organization, problem solving and prioritisation skills
