Job summary

PHX Ireland is seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team in Ireland. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across our PHX Ireland and PHOENIX Group network, building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a consultative approach.

The role requires proactive sourcing, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage interview logistics, offers, and onboarding. We value inclusivity and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum experience in recruitment, ideally in retail/wholesale/pharma.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end recruitment processes with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, event, web sourcing and other creative search strategies.
  • Maintain social media sites and develop a presence on professional networking sites and various online job boards.
  • Produce and monitor reports, identifying recruitment results and trends and proposing solutions to difficult talent needs.
  • Manage recruitment and offer process end to end for assigned roles.
  • Manage all elements of the recruitment process.
  • Complete recruitment administration activities including scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms, liaising with interviewers and candidates.
  • Ensure the hiring process is consistent, from liaising with hiring teams, HR Ops, candidate selection through to final approval of hire.
  • Contribute to various recruitment related project activities.
  • Manage the company referral scheme.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers in providing an excellent recruitment service to the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • 3 Years minimum experience, ideally within retail/wholesale/pharma recruitment
  • Candidate must have successfully operated in a similar role with demonstrated working knowledge and application of recruiting / HR principles and practices.
  • Ability to be flexible, resilient, and prioritise effectively with shifting priorities
  • Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office an advantage
