Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Kinvara, Galway is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the store, drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer care. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Kinvara.

You will manage the wages budget, mentor the team, uphold HR policies, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture. The role offers healthcare, pension support, and an annual bonus in a people‑focused environment.
