Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Ireland (PHX Ireland group) is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Lusk pharmacy. You will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer care while upholding HR policies and fostering a collaborative culture.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months of management experience in a pharmacy setting, with a focus on growth, profitability, and staff development. We offer private healthcare, generous in-store discounts, and family-friendly policies.

• Drive Commercial Success: take ownership of sales performance and manage the pharmacy's wages budget while identifying and implementing strategies to optimise profitability.

• Lead the Way: clearly communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to all team members, ensuring operational excellence and accountability across the pharmacy.
• Be There for Customers: champion a high standard of customer care by actively engaging with customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and empathy.
• Create a Brilliant Team Culture: foster a culture of trust, transparency, and collaboration within the team, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
