Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a HR Cloud Functional Analyst to support HR cloud applications, including Oracle HCM, CoreHR Payroll, and other enterprise HR tools across the organisation. You will work under the HR Cloud Applications Lead to deliver changes and operate HR services supported by IT.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, configuration, incident resolution, governance, and collaboration with IT and HR teams, with occasional out-of-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Relevant third level degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in HR or cloud applications desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Cloud Team Lead and help deliver high-performance IT application services with a strong service focus.
  • Manage day-to-day HR cloud applications operations and incident resolution.
  • Deliver changes to HR and cloud applications (Oracle HCM and CoreHR Payroll) including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
  • Support development of application strategies aligned with enterprise goals and standards.
  • Assist with budget management and annual budget processes.
  • Participate in IT project teams with Build & Delivery and Business Change teams, liaising with external providers.
  • Provide awareness of HR applications across project teams.
