Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven Oracle Cloud implementations experience across full lifecycle.
• Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, operating models, and system requirements to identify improvements.
• Lead requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions to align objectives and design.
• Support full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations from discovery to post-go-live.
• Assess current-state processes and define future-state capabilities.
• Develop BRDs, process flows, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Apply analytical thinking to address complex business challenges.
