Job summary

Uisce Éireann IT is seeking an HR Cloud Functional Analyst to support HR systems across the organisation. The role focuses on maintaining Oracle HCM and related cloud applications, delivering changes, and ensuring high service levels.

You will collaborate with IT Build & Delivery teams and external partners while upholding information security and governance policies. Working under the HR Cloud Applications Lead, you will contribute to incident resolution, change deployment, and budgeting

Qualifications

• Relevant third level degree or equivalent with at least three years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in HR applications and cloud IT services desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Cloud Team Lead to deliver IT application services with strong service focus.
• Manage HR cloud applications operations, incidents, and problems.
• Deliver changes to HR/cloud apps including analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Develop application strategies aligned with enterprise goals and standards.
• Assist with budget management and annual planning.
• Provide escalation point and resolution ownership.
• Collaborate with IT Build & Delivery teams and external providers.
• Promote IT governance and information security awareness.
