Job summary

Evergreen Care, a leading Irish healthcare provider, seeks an ambitious HR Partner to join our headquarters in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

Reporting to the HR Manager and Head of HR, you will support workforce planning, governance and analytics across multiple locations. The role focuses on data‑driven decision making, HR systems, dashboards and workforce reporting, collaborating with the Operations Team and Nursing Home management to improve compliance and organisational performance.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Analyst, HR Partner or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with HR systems and producing workforce reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing confidential information and sensitive employee data.
• Excellent written, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.

Responsibilities

• Produce, analyse and interpret HR data, workforce metrics and management information to support decision‑making across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports and key performance indicators, providing regular insight into trends relating to recruitment, retention, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, training compliance and workforce planning.
• Support the development, implementation and optimisation of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency and effective utilisation across all services.
• Identify workforce trends, emerging risks and opportunities through data analysis and provide evidence‑based recommendations to operational and senior management teams.
• Lead and support HR auditing activities, including employee records, compliance documentation, mandatory training and workforce data quality.
