Amundi in Dublin seeks an HR AI & Process Automation Specialist for a 24-month VIE programme. The role focuses on automating HR processes, reducing manual tasks, and implementing scalable AI solutions using Power Automate. You will work with HR and technology stakeholders to design efficient workflows and train the team on new tools.

The position aims to enhance employee experience and modernise HR operations across Amundi locations in a dynamic, regulated asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, transformation, or systems.
• Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review HR processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on workflows.
• Develop scalable, AI-driven tools and document designs.
• Provide guidance and training on new tools and processes.
• Ensure solutions are adaptable across Amundi locations.
• Test, refine, and support adoption of automation solutions.
