The K Club in Ireland is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Manager to lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage team and ensure a flawless 5-star dining experience for guests across private dining, drawing room, and room service. Responsabilidades

• Oversee smooth operation of the restaurant and hotel F&B outlets
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to provide 5-star service
• Control costs and monitor payroll within F&B operations
• Ensure standards of presentation and service are maintained
• Identify training needs and implement training programmes
• Manage time and attendance reporting and HR communications
• Foster staff morale and a positive guest experience
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on events and dining services

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

• To ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant and all other food service throughout the Hotel, through the supervision and delegation of duties including private dining, drawing room and room service
• To provide 5 star experience to all customers of the resort at all times
• To control all costs in F&B in the Hotel
• To control and monitor payroll V revenue in F&B in the Hotel
• To manage the Hotel Food & Beverage team with regard to all aspects of food service to ensure the agreed standards of presentation and service are maintained
• To identify training needs, write and maintain effective training manuals with the other supervising staff members and to ensure their implementation with new and existing staff
• To maintain the Time and Attendance system and ensure all reports are completed and sent to the HR department as required
• To motivate the restaurant team and ensure staff morale is kept high at all times
