Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking a Duty Manager to join the Club House & Events team. You will help ensure the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department across The South Restaurant and Palmer Restaurant and support Conference & Meetings in the hotel.

We value a motivated, customer‑focused leader with excellent communication and team‑building skills, able to thrive under pressure and drive service standards. Opera experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Management role is essential.
• A Hospitality Management or similar degree.
• A motivator with great communication skills.
• A passion and genuine interest in customer service.
• A friendly team player with an ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department within the Club houses.
• Supervise and develop all restaurant personnel.
• Collaborate with the F&B Operations Manager & Restaurant Manager on sales, costs, upselling, budget requirements and targets.
• Ensure that all nominated standards of service are adhered to and delivered.

To assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department within the Club houses.

• The South Restaurant (Lunch & Dinner Service)
• The Palmer Restaurant (Lunch & Dinner Service)
• Conferences & Meetings (Events held within the Hotel Meeting Rooms and Public Rooms)

To assist in the supervision and development of all restaurant personnel.
