Job summary

The Ardilaun Hotel in Galway is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee sourcing, supplier selection and negotiations for the hotel. You will manage the procurement cycle, maintain optimal inventory levels and collaborate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Maintenance to meet service standards.

The role requires proven experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills and familiarity with Procure Wizard and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role.
