Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement for a luxury hotel in Dublin. You will ensure timely stock availability, manage supplier relationships, and drive best-in-class purchasing practices within a high-standard hospitality environment.

Role requires experience in hotel purchasing, familiarity with SAP, and a focus on accuracy, cost control, and service excellence for guests and departments alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing management in a luxury hotel setting.
• Knowledge of SAP and inventory systems.
• Ability to ensure high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accruals in SAP for period end.
• Guarantee supply to cover needs of all hotel departments.
• Coordinate stock levels with storekeepers and managers for efficient operation.
• Manage purchases with regular suppliers and handle receipts/invoices.
• Report monthly closings and inventory documentation.
