Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Hotel Head of Housekeeping to oversee all aspects of cleanliness and maintenance in line with company standards and budget responsibilities. The role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach at the daily level.

You will manage a team of room attendants and maintenance staff, coordinate with front office and other departments, and ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety regulations across the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness across all hotel areas to meet high standards.
