Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking an experienced housekeeping manager for a 12-month maternity cover. You will oversee all hotel cleanliness, coordinate with front desk and other departments, and lead a team to maintain high hygiene and safety standards across rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

Responsibilities include rostering, budget oversight for the housekeeping department, vendor coordination, and ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hotel housekeeping teams.
• Knowledge of hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day operations and staff of the housekeeping department.
• Coordinate with front office for room allocation and with other departments as needed.
• Organise staff rotas and supervisory coverage.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
• Ensure daily hotel inspections meet high hygiene and safety standards.
• Recruit and supervise housekeeping staff and maintenance personnel.
• Manage laundry operations and linen supplies.
