Job summary

You will budget, plan, organize and direct accommodation and laundry services while leading a team to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage department budgets, training and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel areas, including rooms and public spaces.
• Liaise with front office to coordinate accommodation allocation.
• Manage staff rotas and supervisory cover for housekeeping.
• Oversee laundry operations and linen supplies.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
• Inspect the hotel daily to meet hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Oversee budget planning and control key costs like payroll and energy.
• Lead and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold company standards.
