Job summary

Harri is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel cleanliness and maintenance in line with company standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, budget planning, and direct the housekeeping, laundry and maintenance teams, coordinating with front office and HR where needed.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, implement SOPs, monitor health and safety, and drive continuous improvement in service quality across rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping management.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness standards in all hotel areas (rooms, public areas, back of house).
• Coordinate with front office for allocation of accommodation.
• Manage staff rotas and supervision in housekeeping.
• Ensure laundry operations run efficiently and to standard.
• Inspect premises daily to meet hygiene and safety requirements.
