Job summary

Windward Management Limited seeks an experienced hotel professional to lead integration and operational readiness for its hotel and hostel portfolio. The Group Hotel Integration Manager will coordinate with regional GMs, hotel teams, suppliers, and Group functions to ensure pre-opening requirements, procurement, compliance and contractor obligations are completed.

Qualifications

• Significant hotel industry experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and interdependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with hotel procurement and supplier management.
• Ability to travel regularly between Windward properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out bi-annual compliance and operational assurance visits across Windward's hotel and hostel portfolio.
• Review Health & Safety statements, risk assessments and method statements.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are agreed and tracked.
• Maintain a central record of outstanding actions and monitor these through to completion.
• Provide regular progress reports highlighting completed actions, risks and escalation items.
• Support new property openings and integration across multiple properties.
