The Johnstown Estate in Ireland seeks an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance across the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and spa. You will lead a technical team, coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key duties include developing preventative maintenance programmes, scheduling inspections, and managing budgets and costs while minimising disruption to guest experiences.
