Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is sourcing a Site Manager for a major hotel development in Dublin City Centre. You will take day-to-day on-site control, coordinating with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure safety, schedule and budget compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of site management experience on large-scale projects, with a background in main contracting and hotel schemes. This is a permanent role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience with a site management focus.
• Proven experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Planning and sequencing works to maintain the programme.
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Project Manager.
