Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for commercial fit-out projects in Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fit-out or commercial construction, with strong leadership and health & safety knowledge. A Safe Pass and a full driving licence are required. The role offers a company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and pension support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager in fit-out or commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety.
• Safe Pass and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
• Monitor programme and project progress.
• Ensure health & safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and the project team.
• Manage snagging and handovers.
