Brandon House Hotel & Solas Croí Spa is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team in New Ross, Co. Wexford, Ireland.

The role focuses on attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent while ensuring best HR practices across the business. The successful candidate will partner with managers to shape employee experience, maintain compliance, lead recruitment, and drive learning initiatives within a four-star hospitality setting.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' hospitality experience in a Human Resources Management role.
• Qualified to third level in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment and onboarding across hotel, leisure centre, and spa.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and mandatory training.
• Oversee HR administration, compliance with legislation and policies; payroll assistance.
• Contribute to workforce planning and organisational development; drive continuous improvement.
