The iNUA Collection seeks an experienced People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our HR strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone. You will partner with hotel leadership to drive recruitment, employee relations, training and engagement across both properties.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in HR, People & Culture or hospitality.
• Relevant qualification in HR Management, Business or related discipline.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Irish Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels.
• Passion for people, hospitality and positive workplace cultures.

We're looking for an experienced, motivated People & Culture Assistant Manager to support our people strategy across Tullamore Court Hotel and Radisson Blu Athlone.

Working closely with the hotel leadership teams and Group People & Culture department, you will support recruitment, employee relations, engagement, training and development initiatives across both properties.
