Talbot Hotel Cork, part of the Talbot Collection, is recruiting for a Commercial Sales & E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, flexible and will be motivated by delivering exceptional customer service; midweek and weekend availability is required.

This role supports and grows the hotel's commercial performance through sales administration, website and e-commerce management, social media activity, digital campaigns and Meetings & Events

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, sales administration and e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM and digital platforms.
• Able to interpret reports and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain CRM, sales databases and enquiry tracker; log enquiries, outcomes and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and sales documentation.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales, enquiry, conversion and pipeline reports.
• Support Meetings & Events coordination and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate digital campaigns and cross-department support.
• Ensure campaigns direct customers to the correct booking or enquiry channel.
