Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with enquiries, product information, and purchases.
• Operate the till accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence and attention to detail.
• Replenish stock efficiently and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-presented.
• Receive and process deliveries in accordance with company procedures, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the retail area.
• Monitor stock levels proactively and report shortages to management in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all food safety, health and safety, and security procedures.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
