Aramark in Galway, Ireland is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team. You will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, serve customers, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for customers at our Galway location.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items according to recipes
• Serve meals and beverages to customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Replenish counters and service areas throughout service periods
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
• Perform dishwashing and general kitchen duties
• Support stock rotation and inventory management
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures consistently
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak service
• Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality and efficiency
