Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is desirable.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
• Basic numeracy and confidence in handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with enquiries, product information, and purchases in a warm and professional manner.
• Operate the till accurately and handle cash transactions with confidence and attention to detail.
• Replenish stock efficiently and ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and visually appealing.
• Receive and process deliveries in accordance with procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the retail area.
