The Fitzwilliam Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance Team in Dublin 2. This hands‑on role supports processing, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions across four hospitality businesses.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices across four hospitality companies in Dublin 2.
• Reconcile month‑end supplier statements, obtain missing invoices and process adjustments.
• Liaise with suppliers to investigate and resolve account queries promptly.
• Prepare payment listings and submit them to the Financial Controller for review and approval.
• Process weekly and monthly payment runs through the banking system for authorisation.
• Reconcile cash receipts, including daily cash counts and bank lodgements.
• Complete bank reconciliations for four high‑volume companies.
• Review, balance and adjust all house accounts weekly.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and complete month‑end balance sheet reconciliations for review.
