Job summary

Ethos Care Group is seeking an experienced Home Services Manager to lead non-clinical nursing home operations in Dublin. You’ll drive occupancy, oversee budgets, and manage support services while ensuring a high-quality resident and family experience.

You’ll collaborate with the Person in Charge and report to the COO in a visible, on-site leadership role. You’ll oversee housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and administration teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, health and safety, and HACCP

Qualifications

• A degree in Healthcare Management, Business or a related discipline.
• At least three years’ experience in a senior health or social care role, ideally managing a residential care setting.
• Proven full budget and P&L responsibility, including occupancy growth and cost control.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing employee relations.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulation, health and safety, fire safety and HACCP.
• A postgraduate qualification would be an advantage; Fair Deal, NTPF or HSE contracting experience is a plus.

As a senior manager on site you’ll be responsible for occupancy, financial performance, support services and the resident and family experience. You’ll work closely with the Person in Charge, who leads clinical care. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role reporting to the COO.
