Job summary

Ashgrove Renewables in Ireland is seeking a Home Energy Upgrades Surveyor to support our Design department with pre-install surveys for homes planning energy upgrades. You will assess properties, document findings and coordinate with clients and internal teams to feed accurate design and pricing data.

You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of working across Munster. Full training provided and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years plumbing, roofing, electrical or heating work experience required.
• Full clean driving licence
• Safe Pass
• Flexibility to cover a predefined territory - predominantly Munster.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-install home surveys to facilitate the design, pricing & analysis of energy upgrade measures including but not limited to: Attic, wall & floor insulation, Solar PV panels, Heat pumps, radiators, windows & doors.
• Follow processes and checklists provided to identify potential issues pre-install
• Undertake site specific project mark-ups & agreement with clients
• Maintain all records and appropriate paperwork regarding client installations
• Liaise with both internal/external stakeholders to book and execute surveys
• Report all weekly activities through our CRM
• Full training will be provided

Continuing our growth trajectory, we are inviting applicants for a Home Energy Upgrades Surveyor role to support our expanding Design department completing pre-install surveys for homes about to undertake home energy upgrades.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills and the highest attention to detail.
