Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of Building regulations and SEAI requirements, and the ability to work with architects, BER assessors and engineers. Some site travel may be required and training will be provided.

Job description

The Role:
Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a Junior Design Engineer to join our team.

The successful applicant will support our Design department with responsibility for Solar PV system designs, preparation of underfloor heating and radiator designs, heat loss calculations for heat pumps and review of electrical and mechanical schematics.

This role requires strong attention to detail, and an awareness of Building regulations is of paramount importance, along with compliance with the SEAI requirements. Working in conjunction with other stakeholders, you will be a proactive and clear communicator, able to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload.

This is an office-based role, where some travel to site may be required occasionally.

Training will be provided.
