Job summary

Westcare Homecare Ltd in Roscommon is seeking a Care Supervisor to oversee delivery of non‑medical home care services and ensure care plans are followed and updated. You will supervise care staff, provide training and performance evaluations, and visit clients to monitor satisfaction and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Completed QQI Level 6 or above
• Full clean Irish Driving Licence and access to own car
• Relevant experience in the Healthcare sector
• Up to date trainings (PMH, First Aid, HSE Land)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services and ensure care plans are followed and updated
• Supervise and support care staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Conduct client visits, complete spot checks, monitor satisfaction, and address concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards to maintain safe and effective care
• Liaise with private care clients

Education

QQI Level 6 or above
