Connected Health in Ireland is seeking a Healthcare Supervisor to lead care teams and mentor Healthcare Assistants in community settings. The role emphasizes maintaining high care standards, supervising staff, and ensuring safe, independent living for clients at home.

The position offers progression opportunities within a growing organisation, with a focus on effective team support, documentation, and continuous quality improvement across the care pathway.

Qualifications

• Background in health or social care.
• 1–2 years’ experience in homecare.
• QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (or equivalent).
• Level 6 qualification in Supervisory Management (desirable or in progress).
• Full driving licence with access to a car.

Responsabilités

• Undertake spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community.
• Undertake client reviews regarding ongoing care.
• Complete staff introductions per company policies.
• Oversee staff shadowing and Health & Safety procedures.
• Assist with rapid emergency responses and discharges.
• Monitor and report on quality of care to CCM.
