Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Ireland is seeking compassionate carers to help clients live independently at home with dignity and respect. Join a network recognised as a trusted community partner, delivering personal care, meals assistance, and support with daily activities.

We offer fixed hourly pay up to €18.53 with higher rates for weekends and qualifications, plus mileage reimbursement, full or part-time roles, and funded QQI Level 5 training to support your career progression.

Qualifications

EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support is desirable; we will fully support you to complete it.
A genuine motivation to support people in your community to live with independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

Delivering personal care including support with mobility, dressing, and continence care with dignity and respect at all times.
Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Providing medication prompts and maintaining accurate, timely records.
Travel between client visits within your local area.
Observing client wellbeing and escalating any concerns promptly to the local office management.
Building a professional, trusted relationship with your client and their family.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy at all times, the trust of our clients and their families is central to everything we do.
