Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Ireland is seeking a Healthcare Assistant/Carer to help clients live independently at home. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep and light housekeeping, with travel between client visits within your local area.

We offer hourly rates up to €18.53, with premiums for weekends/holidays, mileage reimbursement, and flexible full‑time or part‑time roles. QQI Level 5 training is provided, with clear progression paths and Garda vetting.

Qualifications

• EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
• Ability to provide compassionate personal care with dignity.
• Customer service mindset and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care including mobility, dressing and continence support.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Providing medication prompts and keeping accurate records.
• Travel between client visits in your local area.
• Observe wellbeing and escalate concerns to local management.
• Maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients and families.
